MATERIALS: The wood was sourced from the Berlin area. Round woods from the forest sourced during the build for rounded railing and staircase features.
The Four Pines is a fully insulated treehouse built on the premises of Caroline's dream land near Berlin. She spent several years settling into the forest land where she now lives with her Peruvian dog and her little family. She is now ready to share her dream space with anyone to experience a treehouse stay near the forest. The Four Pines was built during a fun summer with the TreeHouse Community from several countries coming together to construct this cosy dream house. It was a real community effort with treehouse Masters at work joined by past TreeHouse Community workshop participants and a great hosting family to create a wholesome team.
The treehouse is suspended and fully supported by four pine trees, as the name suggests. A spiraling staircase leads you up to an open balcony overlooking the pine forest splendid for taking walks and picking berries in autumn months. A comfortale door takes you into a cosy fully insulated room where a fluffy bed and a desk awaits. This is a perfect getaway from the busy metropolitan city of Berlin, just a short ride away.
